ConcertLab is the world’s first purpose-built filming studio dedicated to Fine Arts Music — embracing classical, jazz, folk, art songs, and experimental electro-acoustic genres.

Housed in a 16th-century monument in the historic heart of Utrecht, the Netherlands, ConcertLab offers leading musicians unprecedented artistic freedom in a space designed for both performance and cinematic expression.

We believe that exceptional audio deserves to be equally compelling to watch.

Our illuminated, resonating stage, fully adjustable acoustics, and the world’s only silent indoor drone camera allow us to create ultra-high-end, minimalist films.

Each work is captured in a single, continuous take by a precisely choreographed flying camera that moves effortlessly into the heart of the music-making process. This approach invites the listener — now also a viewer — to step beyond the fixed perspective of the concert hall and enter an abstract, timeless visual world.

All productions are filmed in high-resolution RAW formats — 12K 2D or 17K VR180 — and paired with fully immersive sound, with every step — from concept to final master — crafted entirely in-house.
